So where to begin!! I'll start of by saying that it was my very first time purchasing a home. I had absolutely zero knowledge of what to expect. Veterans United Home Loans referred me to Jennifer so it was just the luck of the draw that I found her and I struck gold! She explained the process of purchasing a home and held my hand through the whole ordeal. The very first home we looked at I fell in love and told her this was the one and that I wouldn't take no for an answer! The next day we were starting the process of closing. When the inspectors came we found that we needed to negotiate a new septic and new HVAC system. She is very well known in the area and knows alot of the owners of local contracting companies and was able to immediately get someone lined up to replace the HVAC and septic. I thought buying a home would be a difficult process but she made it look easy! She is an absolute beast and hustler and deserves a million stars instead of 5! She will be my agent for life !!!
