Jennifer is a native of Chesapeake, Virginia, and has proudly called Camden home for the past 20 years. She lives there with her husband, two sons, and their beloved lab. A lifelong believer in the importance of community, Jennifer is passionate about both her hometown and the people who call the Albemarle area home.
After graduating from East Carolina University in 1995 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Jennifer spent more than a decade in the corporate world before opening a business with her husband. Her love of real estate, however, started much earlier—she purchased her first rental property at just 23 years old. In 2019, she turned that lifelong passion into her career and became a broker.
Giving back to her community has always been an important part of Jennifer’s life. She currently serves on multiple boards of directors; the Albemarle Area REALTORS®, Northern Albemarle Community Foundation, Food Bank of the Albemarle, Boys & Girls Club, and College of The Albemarle Foundation. Her commitment to serving others was recognized in 2016 when she was named an Elizabeth City Area Chamber of Commerce Woman of Excellence. She was also honored as REALTOR® of the Year by the Albemarle Area REALTORS® in 2025, an achievement that reflects her dedication to her profession, her clients, and her community.
What Jennifer loves most about real estate is helping people. She has a special passion for working with first-time homebuyers, military members, and veterans. She understands that buying a home is a major milestone and takes pride in being the person her clients can turn to with questions, concerns, and everything in between. From the first conversation through inspections, financing, and closing, Jennifer is committed to making the process understandable, comfortable, and as stress-free as possible.
Known for her attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care for her clients, Jennifer strives to make every real estate experience feel personal. Whether she is helping someone purchase their first home, assisting a military family with a move, or navigating a commercial transaction, her goal is always the same: to make a difference and help her clients feel confident in their decisions.
When she’s not helping clients, Jennifer enjoys traveling with her family, spending time at the beach, and cheering on her boys at their sporting events.
