We cannot say enough positive things about Jennifer Purcel. We were living out of state while trying to sell our home in NC. Jennifer handled everything for us (literally the only thing I did was set up lawn care). She also kept fantastic communication with us throughout the entire process. Even though we weren't in the home, she let us know about every showing, inspection, appraisal, etc.
